*Comments are encouraged for more downloads* I've been spinning The Saturdays' ''If This Is Love'' alot lately, the background music is basically a sample of a Yazoo classic called "Situation", which was originally released in the UK as the B-side to the band's debut single "Only You" in 1982. Released as a single in its own right in America, it peaked at #73 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. However, it became Yazoo's first #1 single on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart in the late summer of 1982, and it remained at the pole for four weeks. The most popular version is the US 12" remix by François Kevorkian in 1982. In 1991, 1999 and 2008, the song was remixed by various noted DJs, including Peter Rauhofer (Club 69) and Richard "Humpty" Vission. The 1999 remixes sent "Situation" to #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for a second time in October of that year. Hercules & Love Affair was commissioned to remake the song last year to promote the release of Yazoo's latest boxset "In Your Room". Here is a 11-mix package for the fans of this song. 1.
